Nicholas D. Valle is a dedicated and seasoned professional with an accomplished career spanning 27 years. Mr. Valle has extensive practice in all aspects of Family Law including: complex divorce litigation, representing parents in custody and divorces, representing children as Guardian ad Litem, and representing grandparents to protect their rights.

With extensive practice in all areas of criminal law, Mr. James has successfully defended hundreds of individuals in cases involving DUI/DWI, as well as those accused of serious crimes including: narcotic/drug possession and distribution; domestic relations; and other misdemeanor and felony cases. Trained and certified to administer field sobriety testing under the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing protocol, he has presented and lectured in areas of DUI/DWI defense. Mr. James is a member of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney's Association, as well as the National College for DUI Defense.

In addition, Mr. James practices in areas of family/juvenile law providing legal representation to juveniles as both attorney and Guardian ad Litem and has been actively involved in organizations promoting child rights and advocacy including CASA of South Central Nebraska.
